All orders placed through our online store will begin processing after 28th May 2025.Once processing is complete, production of the shirts will take approximately 4 weeks. Delivery is expected within 9–10 weeks from the order date, depending on customs clearance in your country. When will I receive the product from the online store?

We currently offer worldwide shipping. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances—such as shipping restrictions or global issues beyond our control—that prevent us from delivering your order, a full refund will be issued. Customers will be notified via email if such a situation arises. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.

Yes, shipping is available worldwide. We are also based in Brunei Darussalam and offer delivery locally.

YES! Items ordered separately can be shipped together. To request this, please contact our support team via email with the subject “SHIP ORDERS TOGETHER”.

Can items ordered separately be shipped together?

You may cancel your order within 3 working days of purchase. Please note that all products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. However, in the case that you are unsatisfied with the product, we are able to help promote to resell your product, at below MSRP of our Online Store, on our social media to connect you with other’s who are interested in the product in case they would like the product.

Can I cancel, return or exchange a product after purchasing it?

Can I change my payment method after my order has been confirmed?

No, payment method cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 4 hours since time of purchase from our online store, please contact our support team via email with the subject “ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOT RECEIVED”.

If an items disappears from your cart, it could be due to a server error on our website or an unstable connection. If no payment has been made from, there’s no cause for concern, as the item hasn’t been purchased.

Are future collections going to be similar to this current’s collection?

No, all our designs and collections will be unique, each with its own distinct mood and style. EUPHORIA is a standalone collection and will be separate from future releases.

Can I purchase anything from this current collection if the pre-order window is closed?

No, once the pre-order window closes, purchases will no longer be available on the online store.

Our products are available exclusively for advance orders. We are only producing 2000 shirts for each drop. We do this to minimize waste and ensures better control over both the product and its quality.

Why are the products only available for pre-orders?
